New Delhi-based ED sources said that the case against Nirav Modi is being constantly monitored. With the help of the Indian High Commission in London, the legal scam is going on.

At the insistence of the ED, the court there ordered the arrest of Modi. Now, in the next hearing against Modi, the parties will be kept in full evidence. It is expected that Nirav Modi's extradition process will be faster than Vijay Mallya.

Case is different from Mallya

ED has already been telling the British authorities that the case of Nirvava Modi is different from Vijay Mallya. Choksi extradition process also started

According to the ED, Mehul Choksi is also a partner in Neerav Modi's crime, who is currently living in Antigua. Sources said that the process of extradition of Choksi has also been started. In this regard, the ED and the CBI have sent the related documents to Antigua and are awaiting an answer from there.

NBW against Ami Modi

In Mumbai, the Special Court of ED has issued non-bailable warrant (NBW) against Neerav Modi's wife Ami Modi. ED had recently filed a supplementary charge sheet in which the role of Ami was mentioned in the PNB scam.

Allow to sell expensive paintings and cars

The special court in Mumbai has also given permission to sell 173 expensive paintings and 11 expensive vehicles of Neerav Modi's company Camelot Enterprises Private Limited.

The value of the said paintings is about Rs. 57.72 crores. Whereas expensive vehicles include the cars of Rolls-Royce, Porsche, Mercedes and Toyota Fortuner brands. The auction will be done at the end of this month.

The Special Court has allowed the Income Tax Department to sell 68 other paintings of Nirav Modi. Income Tax Department's Neerav Modi has outstanding amount of Rs 95.91 crore. Efforts to extradite as soon as possible

India has welcomed the arrest of Nirav Modi by British authorities. Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ravish Kumar said that India has been actively interacting with Britain for the extradition of Neerav Modi, the earliest extradition.
